INSIDE/OUTSIDE & I Found U Collective,

INSIDE/OUTSIDE is a collaborative project with the Graduate School of Education at the University of Melbourne, Australia. I Found U Collective and the Graduate School of Education paired students and artists to create an experimental art dialogue. Each I Found U member was matched with a high school student based in Melbourne. The participants exchanged videos made inside or outside of their home environment and placed them on a digital platform. The students and artists did not meet. Artworks were then created in either of two ways; some were inspired directly by the videos and others were created by an artistic intervention on a still from the videos. The final artworks were then exchanged on the digital platform. An exhibition of the printed works took place from March 31 to April 6, 2023 at studioFive. Displayed here are the artworks made by the members of I Found U Collective.
